This process separates the husk or the skin of the bean, from the core. This separation is done by an air flow which blows away the husks from the core. Just put all the product gotten from the cracking in a bowl and then with the help of a hand hair dryer blow away the husk, stirring the mix while you are doing this process. This step can result in a mess in your kitchen or home, so, be prepared.

Do not spend more than 10 to 15 minutes trying to remove all the husk, nibs with 0% husk is not possible. You can also try buying a special tool or build your own winnower! Keep researching.
